"As Chairman of the Roanoke County Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Mike Bailey, do hereby issue this call for a meeting to be held at the Roanoke County Administration Center, located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2010 for the following purposes:
1. Magisterial District Reports;
2. Review of 2009;
3. Discussion of 2010;
4. Report from the Republican members of the Board of Supervisors;
5. Election of New Members;
6. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting."
